We will miss you, Tim!  Thank you for your service to AA !!!

Timothy G. Kemper 53, Lincoln, passed away Thursday (01/08/09). Born November 22, 1955 at Elmhurst, Ill. Tim graduated Clay Center High School in 1974; and Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Social Science from Doane College in 1978. The next year he began working for the Nebraska Dept. of Education, and in 1990 became administrator of school finance. He became Director of Finance for Lincoln Public Schools in 1994. Tim was active in the Lincoln community in numerous ways. He was a blood donor, a reserve officer in the Army Reserves, and loved horses.
Survived by: mother, Betty Kemper, Crete; daughters, Ann and Mary Kemper, Lincoln; sister, brother-in-law, Eunice and Pat McArdle, Crete; sister, brother-in-law, Beverly and Doug Clark, Lincoln; brother, sister-in-law, Tom and Bonnie Kemper, Crete; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, many other relatives, and a multitude of friends. Preceded in death by his father, Rev. Carl Kemper.
Celebration of Life: 2 p.m. Sunday (01/11/09), Lincoln Southwest High School Auditorium, 7001 S. 14th St., Lincoln. No visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family in care of Lincoln Public Schools district office.
